Veterans can receive FREE chiropractic care at our office through the VA Choice program!

The VA Choice program is offered for the convenience of veterans, who might have a hard time visiting the local VA facility or getting an appointment. For example, the Austin VA facility has one chiropractor and from what I heard, veterans need to get on a waitlist to be seen. Due to these difficulties, the VA Choice program was established. The program allows veterans to be seen by community healthcare providers outside of VA, provided that the provider participates in the Triwest insurance network (which is associated with VA Choice). VA Choice pays the provider directly. Veterans have to determine eligibility by calling VA Choice: 1-866-606-8198. We do have veterans from Pflugerville, Round Rock, Hutto, and Georgetown visit our office using VA Choice. Unfortunately, you cannot just schedule an appointment with us. You do have to call the above phone number and once eligible, the VA Choice rep will call us to schedule an appointment.

That being said, we've heard from veterans that VA Choice gave them a hard time about needing referrals from VA primary care physicians. I do not believe that to be the case, as some veterans that used VA choice to be seen in our office did not need referrals. Please comment below if you encounter difficulty.
